Notarizing a Will & Affidavit of Ex*****on

We can Notarize a Will (witness the Testator signing the Will), as well notarize an Affidavit of Ex*****on where a Witness is asked to solemnly declare they were present and witnessed people signing a document.

We can notarize a Custodianship Declaration Form required when a foreign minor will be studying in Canada and will be under the custodianship of a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Please note that the Custodian will need to present proof of address and citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Ontario RIN letter: The Ministry of Transportation / Service Ontario currently require a notarized letter in order to register a vehicle in the name of a corporation. Please do not sign the RIN letter until you are with the Notary Public, as we would need to verify your ID and witness your signature.

We have all the powers of a commissioner for taking affidavits in Ontario, and can also witness or certify, and attest, the ex*****on of a document, and certify and attest documents to be true copies of the original.
