On Thursday, September 10th come with your family, a friend or on your own. All ages and abilities are welcomed. Take the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your community.

Class starts this Thursday!! Practicing yoga in the park with your family is a great way to get exercise, fresh air and maybe some fresh perspectives.
If you're feeling a little stuck and cooped up, yoga provides a great release of energy! Our classes will be based on themes, suitable for all new to yoga 😊
