We specialize in managing a diverse portfolio of properties including condominiums, residential, industrial, and commercial properties. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager in Property Management. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and collaborating with the team to achieve company goals. This role is based in Markham, ON with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proven experience in business development and client relationship management in the property management industry
Knowledge of property management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
