Clearly, Benjamin Franklin was not talking about urinary incontinence when he made this claim however in this case it applies.
There is an increasing incidence of urinary incontinence as we age. Thankfully in the last few years greater attention is being paid to prevention. An easy preventative intervention is to strengthen the pelvic floor with 6-8 HIFEM treatments and learn proper progression of pelvic floor exercises or Kegels.
