Today we celebrate Canadoa, our home. We are grateful to live in a country where individuals and families can find support, compassion, and hope during life's most challenging moments.

At RISE, we are honoured to walk alongside women, men, and families facing unexpected pregnancies, early parenting challenges, and pregnancy loss. Every day, we see the strength of our community as people come together to offer practical help, encouragement, and care.

As we celebrate Canada Day, we also take time to reflect on our shared responsibility to build communities where everyone is valued, supported, and treated with dignity.

Sometimes the most important support isn't something you can hold; it's knowing someone is there for you.

Pregnancy, early parenting, and pregnancy loss can be emotional and overwhelming experiences. While many women rely on family and friends for support, not everyone has a strong network they can turn to.

That's where RISE comes in.

Through free, confidential, peer-based support, we provide a safe space where women can share their experiences, process their emotions, ask questions, and know they are not alone.

A listening ear.
A compassionate conversation.
Someone who believes in you.

These simple things can make a profound difference during life's most challenging seasons.

For 35 years, we've had the privilege of walking alongside women with care, encouragement, and hope.

Flower Power is back again for the sixth year!

Running from May 1 to June 30, the Flower Power campaign is a beautiful opportunity for you to be part of impacting this generation and generations to come by supporting RISE clients. Our goal is to raise $35,000, so that we can continue to care for clients throughout the coming months.
