📈 Home sales reached 6,770 transactions, up 9.4% year over year

📊 New listings totaled 17,282, down 12.9% year over year

💰 Average selling price came in at $1,058,658, down 3.9% compared to June 2025

The Big Picture:

The GTA housing market continued to gain momentum in June as buyer demand strengthened and the supply of new listings continued to declined. Sales increased both year over year and month over month on a seasonally adjusted basis, while fewer homes came to market, further tightening market conditions through the spring.

Although average home prices remain below last year’s levels, the pace of price declines has moderated. As inventory continues to be absorbed and competition between buyers increases, the market is moving toward more balanced conditions, with the potential for renewed price growth later this year if current trends continue.
