Dear Friends /Customers

This is to declare that I, Josephine Chan, and Mr. Kwan Lai Chau (also known as Franklin Chau) have been separated since 13th of May 2015. We are no longer in related with any matters of personal or business.

Mr. Chau doesn’t hold any of the share or equity of Circle-R Communications Inc (with business run as Circle-R Performing Arts Studio 勵文展藝中心 ). He has no legal right to act or commit anything on behalf of the Company, Circle-R Communications Inc. In order to prevent us from further damages, I hereby made the declaration.

周君勵先生並無任何 Circle-R Communications Inc (with business run as Circle-R Performing Arts Studio 勵文展藝中心) 之股權，任何周先生以本公司之名義作出的承諾或文件上的簽署，均無合法效用，與本公司無關 。 為保障個人或公司不再繼續受損，故特此作出聲明。
