Meet Jensen Yuen!

Jensen Wing B**g Yuen grew up in Toronto, Ontario. He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2013 as a Barrister-at-Law.

Over the years, he developed a successful specialized practice in personal injuries litigations where he was frequently entrusted to handle complex and high value claims.

Jensen was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Practising as a sole practitioner in association with the well-established Markham law firm Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP, Jensen provides client-focused and practical legal services in a wide range of areas including civil litigation, corporate and commercial matters, real estate matters and wills and estates administration.

Jensen is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Meet Edward Choi!

Edward graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick. After receiving his Juris Doctor (JD) degree, Edward completed his articling and returned as an associate at Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP.

He handles a variety of cases including construction dispute, landlord and tenant matter, employment laws, real estate litigation and other general litigation including attending to Human Rights Tribunal.

Marla Kuperhause (nee Rosenblatt-Worth) practices civil litigation with a genuine interest in insurance defence, employment law, professional liability, and subrogation. Marla is an avid problem-solver and uses her analytical skills to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and various administrative tribunals.
