I have been warning everybody. And here comes the UCP’s medical wreck started by Shandro and Kenny’s ripping up of the AMA’s contract 5 years ago. Smith has provided the much needed doctors and nurses to the system….the problem is she provided them to the BC system because so many moved there from Alberta. If Alberta doesn’t match the BC payment model and add another 10% just to keep the doctors we have this will get worse and worse.
