I did a Thing last weekend! Met the most incredible ladies and had a great primal weekend!

I had a real estate agent say to me one time, “ I do everything you do, but I don’t get equity”. Well let’s be clear, there was no way she did everything that I did! Real estate investing is a long game. It requires someone to have eyes and attention to the property and the managers of the property for the duration of the time that you hold the asset. Wiseman said real estate investing is not passive unless you were the one that writes the check. For all those solid real estate operators, who have put in the time, solve the problems again and again, I want to thank you.
