The Green Book is the easiest way to meet the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skill Development’s requirement to post a copy of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations (OHSA) in the workplace.

Note that these are required to be updated in workplaces, health and safety boards, and work vehicles/sites annually. Businesses in Ontario are required to post a copy of the book on their Health & Safety Notice Boards.
