Our retained client is seeking an exp Construction Site Superintendent for "ground up, new build high-rise residential , steel / wood frame townhomes & single-family homes. You possess 10+ years’ exp from start to finish + 5+ years' PM exp. & will be responsible for overseeing all trades & effectively managing daily on-site activities.
You must possess the knowledge, exp & confidence to engage & professionally interact with design professionals, consultants & client’s while successfully directing the sub-contractors & other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating & safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule & budget.
You will work closely with the Project Manager & fulfill an integral role on the project. You must be professional & a personable leader committed to the overall objective & self development within the company.
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 10 hours/day
Schedule: Monday - Friday + O/T
Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00+++ (based on exp) + Benefits + Pension Plan + Great Culture + Great Leadership + Growth Opportunities

Opportunity
Our retained client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish in the GTA. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You are well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to co-ordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. You possess an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on-time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: Monday to Friday x 10-hours + Overtime
Salary: $ 150,000.00 - $170,000.00+ / year
