It’s time to let you know what’s going on…

What an honour the last five years have been, I’ve met incredible people and played wonderful shows and venues I never would have dreamed was possible. I’m so grateful for ADHARMA, for the boys in the band for helping me speak up, and for you all for joining us on this journey…

The last year it’s become painfully obvious that my endometriosis is getting more and more in the way of my health. After performing I’d spend days in bed in agony, I struggled to get home after certain gigs as the pain would kick in quick. It became undeniable that physical exertion was causing more flare ups, impacting every other aspect of my life and our ability to tour or perform to the best of my ability. Many tough decisions and conversations later I decided it’s my time to focus on my health in this ongoing journey with this incurable condition. And with that…the chapter on ADHARMA closes 🫶🏼

I look back on everything we created with such pride, a scrapbook of my 20’s encapsulated into live performance photos from incredible photographers and songs written from the heart. Thank you all for your ongoing support, without you, none of this would have been possible. I hope you continue to find joy and meaning in our music, and continue to spread the message of equality within the music industry.
