Ladies, add these 2 exercises to your b***y workout! 🍑
& Fellas, stop neglecting your glutes on leg day and add these to your routine as well‼️
▫️Dumbbell Offset Reverse Lunges: hold the dumbbell on the opposite side of your lunge leg. Keep your core tight and your torso upright (leaning forward will put more of a focus on your quads). You’ll find that you’ll be able to load more weight when doing the reverse lunge compared to a normal lunge. If you find this difficult, start with a stationary lunge and then progress to the reverse lunge
▫️Dumbbell Reverse Hypers: I’ve modified this exercise by using a bench instead of a machine, so the range of motion is limited. However, you can still get a great contraction, especially if you use a dumbbell to add resistance. Make sure to focus on contracting your glutes during this exercise. This is a great workout for your entire posterior chain in general, but you can really target your glutes if you put your mind to it.
👉🏽Strong glutes not only provide stability, but they also increase athleticism and can also prevent injuries (ex. Injuries to your back, hips, knees and feet)

▫️Dumbbell Drag Curls - In this exercise, focus on dragging your arms up your torso & keeping your wrists straight. Remember to keep your elbows back and squeeze those biceps with every rep!
