Recently we had a very memorable event at my Brokerage at Royal LePage Meadowtowne....❤
In normal (Pre-COVID19) times, we would be having a Christmas Party for our Agents and Staff. But in light of the fact that this COVID19 situation is still looming, the decision was made not to have the Christmas Party.
However, instead of doing nothing, Our Brokerage took this negative into a positive and thought ‘Completely Outside the Box'. They used this as an opportunity to invest in Higher Learning Excellence for all our Agents and Staff leading into 2022 and Beyond!!!
So the other day, Royal LePage Meadowtowne hired a Professional and World Renowned Group, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Centre to stage an exclusive 2 hour Webinar entitled “Delivering an Elevated Experience” on how this Iconic Brand, Impacts the Client Experience in a REAL, PROFOUND and LASTING WAY!!!🤩
It was 2 hours of amazing learning, copious note taking and it gave us all a real handle on the steps it takes to deliver a Legendary Experience to all our Clients! The many specific things learned, are going to be shared with our Agents/Staff to enhance RLP Meadowtowne's Service Excellence in everything we do!! Moving forward to 2022 and Beyond!!! 🤩
Personally, I know for a fact that the lessons learned in these valuable 2 hours will definitely make me a Better Manager...🙏
