Also, BIG UPDATE TIME!!! Many of you may know, but I recently made the decision to leave the Fortelli Salon family and return to the world of Academia. Starting tomorrow I’ll be starting my full time studies at Sheridan College. While at school I do plan to do a little hair on the side as a travelling stylist so if you want me to come to your home and do your hair, just reach out to me here and we can arrange something 😊😊

Story time! The most important yet overlooked part of my journey this far has been the need for continuing education. I’ve never been in a position to do more classes to strengthen my skills as a stylist. I’m so happy and fortunate to get to be a student again for an extensive crash course/introduction for I can’t wait to pack on more and more skills as my journey continues 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Due to many recent last minute cancellations involving large services, going forward a new policy will be in place; any services with a price ticket of $150 or greater will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service to be paid within 48 hours of scheduling the appointment. I know that life has a way of happening but when I book larger services and they’re a greater part of my day, I count on that. When those appointments get cancelled I lose the income for that day and chances are I’ve ordered the product needed for your service so it’s a double whammy to me both personally and professionally. Deposits are to be paid by E-transfer for which you’ll receive a receipt from both your bank and my system so there can be no discrepancy. If the service is cancelled with more than 3 days notice, your deposit will be refunded to you, if the cancellation is within three days of the appointment, regardless of the situation, the deposit will be forfeited. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
