✔ Multi-position welding (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
✔ Blueprint + weld symbol reading
✔ At least one candidate must have a valid driver’s license (car + willing to drive others is a big plus)
✔ 44-hour workweek (Mon–Fri)
