Middleby Marshall PS638E - The Middleby Marshall WOW! conveyor series oven utilizes technology that allows the user full control of the air flow in the baking chamber, resulting in optimal results in cooking product. This ventless oven has internal systems for destroying grease laden v***r and can be installed to cook pizza without the aid of a Type I or Type II hood.


Turbochef DOUBLE BATCH – This oven has two independent cavities that circulate impinged air at speeds of up to 50 mph to create high heat transfer rates and reduced cook time. The oven utilizes variable speed blowers, oscillating racks, and a catalytic converter, resulting in minimal energy input, high food quality, and ventless operation.
