A big following doesnāt make you an industry leader. For a while, I thought it did. I used to get caught up in the numbers, thinking more followers meant more credibility.
But over time, I realized itās not about that at all. Leadership in this industry comes from how you show up, the trust you build, and the way you help others grow.
