Automating is pretty simple today. But I think people have it all wrong. Unless your target audience is Ai agents (and yes, one day for sure they will be maybe primary or secondary) but for now, humans are buying your products and services. So the question is not “what should I automate?” It should be “what do I keep human?” To create that bond and rapport… and most of all the feeling that is the main driver to a sale.
Probably in a few years or months, we will need to revisit for ai agents, but for now, humans are still the ones purchasing your products or services.
