We’re looking for energy exchangers to join our team in helping keep our studio look immaculate and flow at ease! This position is 3 hours per week either Thursday or Friday in exchange for a free membership and being part of an energetic team.

There’s something wildly therapeutic about stretching it out while tiny paws are running around, tails wagging, and the occasional puppy decides your mat is now their personal nap zone. You come for the flow… you stay because a puppy just fell asleep on your back during child’s pose.

It’s not about perfect poses.
It’s about belly laughs, puppy cuddles, and leaving lighter than you walked in.
