We offer a full range of repair services such as tv and audio equipment repair, computer repair and virus removal, Arduino and Raspberry Pi supplies, circuit board and cable repair, music equipment as well as industrial equipment such as underground camera systems. We have earned the trust of over 50 major electronics manufacturers who have appointed us as a warranty service provider and five major retail chains who send all their service work to us.

With over 100,000 parts in stock, BJW Electronics provides home service, pick-up, and deliver services to commercial and residential clients.

What you'll do...

• Greeting customers and providing support and solutions
• Managing financial transactions
• Processing warranty/claims
• Working with vendors and partners
• Purchase orders management
• Maintain cleanliness of the front office and work area
• Other duties that are deemed necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years in customer service experience
• Knowledge in computers or electronics would be an asset
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
• Work in fast past environment
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations that will arise during busy times
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player
• Strong computer skills
• Organizational Skills
• Problem Solver
• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs
• Bilingual

Position Term:

Full-time position
Monday to Friday
2 Weeks vacation per year (for Full-Time position)
3 personal / sick paid days off per year for full-time position
