I take 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in a dark bottle, stored in the dark, first thing on an empty stomach every single day.
My own personal foggy brain has lifted. My brain chemistry is much improved. But, my hair and skin is also repairing.
If you give up on your body,
your body will give up on you.
