Job Title: Administrative & Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative &
Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently
under pressure. This role involves a variety of tasks to support daily
operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Manage
and organize inventory/stock
Create
and maintain schedules
Answer
and direct phone calls
Provide
excellent customer service
Assist
with general administrative tasks
Maintain
a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Fluent
in English
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Highly
organized and detail-oriented
Ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Available
to work Monday to Friday, 5 days a week

Compensation:

Based on Experience
Monday
to Friday / 8:30 to 5:00
