Be careful what you click on...That scary text you got could be taking you to a fraudulent site like the one shown... notice the faceebook misspelling... tricky... clickers beware

I always review scam email messages.
This one is particularly good and dangerous

1)It came from a person in my network and the reply to email was their actual address, not just a masked one... so it looks legit
2) The link to see the message takes you to a login screen for your Microsoft account...

Once they have that they could potentially
1) Log into your machine remotely
2) Take over your email.

Once they have your email address then they can change the password to log you out as they attempt to log into places that you have shopped online... and since they don't know your password for those accounts... which may have your credit card stored, they can say... oops... forgot my password, where the company sends a change password link to your email... which they now control.

This is incredibly dangerous and the link looks like the official Microsoft login page.

They could also potentially access your ONEDRIVE account or any online storage and start blackmailing you for your files.

This is dangerous and looks pretty good...
