This time of year always gets a little hectic at HOST Management.

With so many overlapping AGMs across the associations we manage, our team shifts into full AGM mode: finalizing reports, reviewing bylaws, confirming notices, preparing boards, troubleshooting voting systems, coordinating logistics, and making sure every detail is in place.

A successful AGM is the result of an entire year of governance and operational work.
