FISTS Boxing Club would like to thank Tribal Boxing Club for inviting us to their Elite Nationals training camp on Sunday. It was an exceptionally well run day with some of the best boxers Canada has to offer! The cooperation that Boxing NS and Boxing NB has had for decades just keeps getting stronger! We may compete against each other on the national stage, but we are friends first, training partners second, and opponents third.

FISTS Boxers!! This Saturday at 10:00AM we will be meeting at the Boxing Club for our Bottle Drive fundraiser.

Those boxers who are going to Calgary for Nationals and the Canada Cup are a MUST ATTEND. All others are welcome and appreciated!!

If you can't attend but have some bottles you can donate just bring them to the gym any night this week!!

If you have a truck or trailer you can bring, please do!!
Please wear your FISTS Boxing Club track suit, or other FISTS clothing if you have it.
