Looking for Maintenance Person – Greenlight Property Management Inc.

Location: Moncton, NB
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Greenlight Property Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team! The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:
• Perform small maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, doors, etc.)
• Identify and report larger maintenance issues that require external contractors
• Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors when necessary
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate in English and French (other languages are an asset)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance, tools, and safety practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
