The wait is over - True Atlantic Games weekend is here! 🎉
We're excited to welcome athletes, volunteers, friends, family, and spectators for an incredible weekend of competition.
These athletes have been putting in the work, and now it's time to see it all come together. Come cheer them on, soak up the energy, and be part of an amazing community event.
If you're planning to follow along, be sure to keep an eye on our socials throughout the weekend! While some events will take place at the gym, others will be happening off-site, so we'll be sharing updates, locations, highlights, and results along the way.
Whether you know someone competing or just want to see what it's all about, we'd love to have you join us.

A few simple ways we can all help keep our gym safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone 👏
🏋️ Be mindful when dropping weights. While some equipment is ok to be dropped, others aren’t. If you’re ever unsure, check in with a coach - we’re happy to help!
🧤 Use chalk respectfully. A little goes a long way! Accidents happen, but if chalk gets spilled or a mess is made, please take a moment to clean it up.
🧺 Help keep our bathrooms ready for the next member. Please place used towels in the hampers provided and leave the space as you’d like to find it.
🧼 Clean and put away your equipment when you’re finished. A quick wipe-down and returning items to their proper spot helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.
