Rainy days call for COOKING DAYS! Ah, my favourite days. 😌 these Beet Burgers are A-MA-ZING!! Packed with iron, vitamin Bs, fiber and antioxidants, this is exactly what this chicki needed for a good boost! ❤️
2 Cups beets, shredded
1/2 Cup mushrooms, sautéed
1/2 Cup onions, sautéed
1 Cup quinoa, cooked
3/4 Cup rice flour
1/3 Cup nutritional yeast
salt & pepper to taste
Yields 4 burgers.
Eat raw or cook in a frying pan for a few minutes each side.
