Five years ago, Howard started at Armour as a driver coach. He works with drivers mentoring them in internships and teaching them about the business.

Now, Howard oversees 20 coaches helping the next generation of drivers and dockworkers. He is a great example of the opportunities all employees have at Armour to grow within the company.

He is the type of person that knows not only the names of his customers but also their birthdays. By working with those customers to build a community, going the extra mile to help where he can and learning more about their business and lives outside of work.
