Managing at Third Glass for the past 2 years (and part of the team for over 3), I focus on marketing, guest experience, and maintaining the elevated, high-end standard of the bar 🥂

Favourite drink:
I love rum-based cocktails - a Mai Tai is my go-to 🍹 But after working at a wine bar for a few years, I’ve definitely developed a palate for red wine. A California Cab Sauv has my heart ❤️

Why Third Glass:
I’ve been in the hospitality industry for almost 9 years, and Third Glass was always my number one spot to go out. So at some point, I decided to mix business with pleasure 😅

One thing people don’t know about me:
I’ve got roots from West Africa - which is a pretty rare mix with my Slavic background 🌍
