Howard Issley for CSU Council

The school has finalized its decision on implementing Proctorio for certain exams. This is both a privacy/security risk, and is unfair to those who do not have the necessary resources to use this proctoring software. Implementing this without the students’ input is both undemocratic and unjust.

Together, WE can change this. By voting people into the CSU who are against online proctoring, we can take a stance and show our unity for current and future students.

CSU Elections

Transparency is nice and all, but what does it actually mean? To me, it means sharing with students the decisions made and how these decisions will impact them both short-term and long-term.

The current system is outdated.

Students like you and I are sent newsletters by the CSU, but what do they really mean? How many of us actually understand what the CSU does and how it impacts our daily lives?

My goal is to promote the CSU and what it does through more social media platforms. The CSU needs to start using ALL available platforms to bring updates to ALL students. The current CSU website is in need of an overhaul, and I will strive to make it an interactive website where students can easily find the information that they are searching for.

Remember, the CSU doesn't want you to know that you pay $73 a semester in optional fee levies.

Vote yes for online opt-out and take back control from the CSU.

The CSU wants to make it as hard as possible for you to have control over the money that is legally yours.
