Nolan Restaurant

Nolan a peut être été le nom d’une seule personne, mais en vérité, c’était une idée. Une idée née d’un rêve. Le rêve de créer un lieu où les gens pourraient se rassembler pour partager une bonne table, de grands vins et, surtout, de précieux moments ensemble.

Le chemin n’a pas toujours été simple. Il y a eu des rires, de la sueur, des larmes et des instants de doute. Mais par dessus tout, il y a eu de la passion et une volonté profonde de se présenter chaque jour, chaque soir, pour donner vie à ce rêve. Malgré les défis, nous croyons sincèrement avoir créé quelque chose de spécial.

Comme tous les rêves, celui ci prend fin aujourd’hui. C’est le cœur rempli d’émotion que nous vous annonçons que, en raison de circonstances à la fois prévues et imprévues, Nolan ne rouvrira pas.

À toutes les personnes qui ont franchi nos portes, merci du fond du cœur. Nous continuerons de chérir chacun de ces souvenirs. Vous nous avez donné le sentiment d’avoir accompli quelque chose de grand.

Nolan may have been the name of one person, but in truth, it was an idea. An idea rooted in a dream. A dream of creating a place where people could come together to enjoy good food, great wine, and even better company.

The journey was not always easy. There were laughs, sweat, tears, and moments of doubt, but more than anything, there was passion and a sincere desire to keep showing up, day in and day out, to bring this dream to life. Despite the challenges, we truly believe we created something special.

Like all dreams, this one comes to an end today. It is with full hearts and deep emotion that we share that, due to both foreseen and unforeseen circumstances, Nolan will not be reopening.

To everyone who ever walked through our doors, a sincere thank you. We will continue to cherish and hold onto all of these memories. You truly made us feel like we achieved something great.

As we turn the page and step into new chapters, we encourage you to continue supporting your favourite restaurants.

We’re excited to welcome Myles Harrison to Nolan for a two nights takeover!

As Montréal en Lumière unfolds, Nolan hosts a special kitchen takeover by Myles Harrison, chef-owner of Theia Food & Wine in Prince Edward County.

Trained in Montréal, shaped by Toronto’s wine scene, and now moving fluidly between both cities, Myles brings a focused, thoughtful style of cooking — centered on clean, familiar flavours executed with precision.

For these evenings, the kitchen is entirely his: a menu imagined, cooked, and served by Theia, offering a rare glimpse into Myles’ culinary world, translated into the Nolan space.
