To be mentioned alongside places like , , , and so many other spots we’ve admired, studied, eaten at, and talked about for years… it honestly doesn’t feel real.

The mention on the USA “Excellent Pizzerias” list is something we’re incredibly grateful for. We’re a tiny pizza shop in Metairie, Louisiana that started with a simple idea: make pies we’re proud of, treat people right, and obsess over the details every single day.

Thank you to our staff that grinds through the chaos every day. Thank you to everyone that waits in line, posts photos, tells friends, brings family, and supports this weird little pizza dream of ours. And thank you to everyone pushing pizza forward in Louisiana.
