Our team is looking for a new leader. We’re hiring a Venue Manager at Datcha.

Someone who can run the floor, balance the sound system, make a great cocktail, boost their team, and make sure every dancer has a great night. We want someone who is passionate about music, nightlife culture, and community.
Hybrid role: three nights a week on-site, plus daytime meetings and admin hours.

Minimum 3–5 years hospitality experience. Bilingual FR/EN. Cocktail bartending and a working knowledge of sound equipment are strong assets.
