I hear this more times than I'd like to admit.
In casual conversations, at the gym, in the clinic, you name it.
The amount of athletes who are extremely active doing 30-40km+ running every week, or over 100km cycling, mountain biking, skiing, rec softball, rec soccer, and they're just cruising on through without actually doing any strength training being held together on a hope and a prayer.
I'll tell you this, it's only a matter of time before some sort of injury occurs from overuse, lack of recovery or proper preparation.
If you're someone who is active in sport recreationally or competitively what are you doing not adhering to some sort of program for strength?!
