Our hot sauce name sounds great when you’re a bilingual French Canadian homie because it’s a play on words on hot and Aubergine — which means Eggplant in French 🙂‍↕️

So there you have it, now you know a new word in French so you can sound fancy on your next gathering.

So the reason why we say our hot sauce is plant-based, is because it’s inspired by an eggplant-parm sandwich but it has no dairy 🍆🌶️ we’re delighted to hear Jesse Eisenberg loved our Hot Bergine 🥰
