Reason number 32479 to use a :
"Recyclable items – think egg cartons, detergent boxes and loose paper – are usually clean and dry. Throwing them into a recycling bin inside a bag makes it trickier to properly sort them when, later, those recyclable items are at the materials recovery facility."
What's better for the environment, paper or reusable plastic? Like many people, Jennifer Hower can think of a million uses for the paper bags she gets in the checkout line at her grocery.
