Want a refreshing cocktail during the moment ? Well here we go with this one ! Cocktail made for one of my previous roomate at Montreal !

Vodka
Lychee juice
Pomegranate juice homemade
Lime juice
Egg white
Spray of rose water

Shake all the ingredients together without ice for 20s then add ice and shake 10s.
Add a spray of water rose on your cocktail !

Gin Tonic on stage !!!! Another Cocktail signature today made for !

Gin .gin
Elderflower licor .fr
Cantaloupe melon
Rosemary
Tonic
-
Shake all the ingredients together, except the tonic, with ice for 12s after crushing the cantaloupe melon with the rosemary. Then double strain into a rock glass. Add the tonic and garnish with rosemary and a piece of cantaloupe melon.
