Just a reminder as we approach late October that if you need a specific time like an evening appointment it's best to pre book your sessions monthly.

This is because evenings are the most requested and it is more difficult for a massage therapist to squeeze a client in since we are in the room for the full 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min hands on treatment.

Getting yourself on a schedule for booking so that you always have an appointment coming up is best. That way you know you won't be waiting.

In the meantime there is usually daytime availability 🌾

Thursday October 12th: 10am or 10:30am
Friday October 13th: 10am & 11am
