Job Description:
Clean Sweep Property Maintenance Limited is hiring experienced Line Painters for the 2026 season. We are seeking dependable, skilled individuals with experience in parking lot and roadway line painting, including new layout work.

This is a full-time seasonal position with consistent hours (50+ hours per week) during peak season. This position also involves evening, night and weekend work, with an 11 day on - 3 day off work schedule.

Responsibilities:
-Perform parking lot and roadway line painting
-Complete new layout measurements and markings
-Operate and maintain Graco line painting machines
-Ensure high-quality workmanship and accuracy
-Follow all safety and traffic control procedures

Requirements:
-Proven experience in parking lot and roadway line painting
-Experience operating Graco line painting machines
-Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
-Ability to work 50+ hours per week during busy season
-Ability to work days, night and weekend as required
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
-Class 9 (Air Brakes) endorsement
-Traffic Control Certification
-Experience in other Construction/Property Maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
-Street/Parking Lot Sweeping
-Pothole Patching
-Sign Post Installation
-Commercial Pressure Washing
