The Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Crosbie as Chair of its Board of Directors.
Tim brings a wealth of leadership experience, industry knowledge, and governance expertise to the role. With more than 35 years in real estate brokerage and extensive experience in residential construction, he has long been recognized as a dedicated advocate for the construction industry and workplace safety across Newfoundland and Labrador.
📣As Broker/Owner of Royal LePage Property Consultants in St. John’s and President of Coastal Cedar Homes Limited, a Lindal Cedar Homes dealer, Tim has built a career centered on professionalism, innovation, and service. His commitment to strong governance is reflected in his completion of the prestigious ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, where he graduated as Class Valedictorian in 2020.
Tim has been actively involved with the NLCSA since 2021, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Board Member, as CHBA-NL Representative. He has also contributed to numerous committees and special initiatives, including Executive, Governance, and Nominations committees, as well as the launch of SiteSafe, a small business safety management program.
In addition to his involvement with the NLCSA, Tim has served as President of the Canadian Home Builders' Association - Newfoundland and Labrador and currently serves as a Ministerial Appointee and Board Member with Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland & Labrador - PEGNL.
As Chair, Tim will work alongside the Board, staff, and industry stakeholders to advance the Association’s mission of promoting safe and healthy workplaces throughout Newfoundland and Labrador’s construction sector. Please join us in congratulating Tim Crosbie on his appointment as Chair of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association and wishing him continued success in this important leadership role. 👏
