Guess what, guess what, guess what!? I’VE MOVED TO WHISTLER! I’ve officially traded in the waves for the mountains 🏔️

After graduating from university this past December, I decided to relocate my photography business to the beautiful Coastal Mountains. And until right now, it’s been a little secret between me and my lovely 2024 couples 🫢

For those that know me, this move comes as no surprise. Ever since living in Banff (and absolutely falling in love with the Rocky Mountains), I knew I’d find my way back to living in a mountain town one day.

And don’t get me wrong, I love the Island and its stunning beaches—there’s just something so incredibly special about the mountains. It’s truly where my heart is happiest & my soul is on fire!

With that being said, I have an exciting summer of travel ahead of me—capturing beautiful weddings throughout the mainland and across Vancouver Island. I’m overflowing with gratitude for my amazing couples who have chosen me to be a part of their special days and have celebrated this exciting new chapter with me.

And….gosh have I been busy this past year! I still have a ton of creative work from the Island to share with you—so get ready for more Island content & dreamy snowcap mountains coming to your feed soon!

Last week I celebrated my 28th birthday and wow, what a freakin’ stellar year this one has been! ✨

This year I dove head first into absolutely everything. From photography, university, and work, to friendships & family. You name it, this year was full of it!

As I close this chapter and head into my 29th rotation around the sun, I feel so incredibly grateful for the life I have (and am creating).

This year I got to travel across Vancouver Island to capture beautiful love stories and meet the absolute sweetest + coolest couples. AND I booked my first off Island wedding & may be headed to some beautiful remote destinations next year (which I’m overflowing with excitement for!)

So, here’s to growth and celebrating each small moment because they often lead to the big ones.
