At the heart of VATS Consulting Inc. is something refreshingly simple. People who genuinely care about helping other businesses grow with clarity and intention.

VATS was built around real conversations. The kind that cut through noise, focus on what actually matters, and turn big, overwhelming goals into clear, actionable roadmaps. They don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. They believe in listening first, then building strategy around people, not templates.

That approach has always been there. It just needed to show up online for them.

When Nootka Wilderness Lodge reached out, they already had something incredible.
A floating lodge tucked into Nootka Sound, world-class fishing and West Coast calm only a handful of people get to experience.

They wanted to tell their story, and fill their bookings for the upcoming season more effectively.

While organic reach was making some waves, it wasn't doing enough on its own - and ads platform setup needed some attention. So, we sat down together and asked the simple question: how do we get the right people to discover this place, and actually book it?

From there, it was all about intention.

Teaming up with Verra Creative we went on a week long trip documenting the experience and helped them create a media package for our NWL's ads platforms.

We then built a full-funnel paid strategy that focused on storytelling first. Showing the experience, not just selling it. Pairing strong creative with smart targeting, thoughtful landing pages, SEO adjustments, and constant tweaking based on real performance - then we started to see major improvements.

Web and socials traffic climbed.
The right visitors showed up.
Bookings followed.

By the end of the campaign, the season sold out.
Website traffic jumped by 400%.
Revenue was generated.

More than the numbers, this one felt good. Helping a special place get the attention it deserves is why we do what we do.
