A couple of new toys for Devereaux to play with 🕺🏽

We’re happy to announce that we have successfully completed a project for Vancouver Island University!

VIU closed its Parksville satellite campus and relocated their Esthetics and Spa Therapy Program to the Nanaimo campus, merging it all under one roof in Building 164—alongside the Hair Dressing program. With the hairdressing program still in full swing, we had to work within a tight schedule.

As the renovation took place, the Hair Dressing department continued to operate, keeping everything running smoothly. Now, VIU offers a complete esthetics, spa therapy, and hair care experience all in one place.

We’re proud to announce the completion of the brand-new Subway restaurant at Terminal Park Mall which has officially opened this week! 🥪✨

This store has relocated from its previous location at Princess Royal Mall, which we had the privilege of building back in 1994. It’s an honor to continue supporting Subway’s growth and creating spaces for the community to enjoy!
