To consciously choose to sit and become the witness of our body, the breath and the movements of our mind is a choice to connect fully with our whole self. And connection is the root of all healing.

I welcome you to come practice with us, move your body, observe yourself and learn methods to integrate Yoga into your daily life.

New series starting Oct 30th - Weds - Slow Hatha Flow. 6:15pm-7:30pm. Move. Breathe. Witness. Pause. Relax.

Thurs - All levels Hatha with Meditation - 7:30pm-9pm. Dive deeper into the practice of inner awareness with movement, restorative poses, pranayama and meditation.

All are welcome. All will be supported. All will leave feeling nourished - by their own loving presence.

Missing Jess' Yoga classes?? Starting this fall, join her for an 8 week series at Nanaimo Yoga Sanctuary on Thursdays from 730-9pm. This all levels class will start with gentle asana practice, intentional breathwork (pranayama) and will close with a guided meditation. You will leave feeling more calm, grounded and balanced.
