A few years ago, we had the opportunity to transport and install this Youth Centre, helping bring an important community space to life.
While CIP Modular wasn't involved in constructing this building, we're proud to have been trusted with delivering and installing it safely and efficiently. Projects like this are a reminder that modular construction is about more than building. It's about the coordination, planning, and teamwork required to get a project across the finish line.
Looking back, it's still a project we're proud to have been part of.
Over the past few weeks, we've shared photos from this installation. Today, we're sharing the full journey.
This video highlights the transportation, craning, and installation phases of the project. What it doesn't show are the months of design, planning, engineering, and manufacturing that took place before the modules ever left our facility.
That's one of the advantages of working with a team that can support every stage of the modular process. From concept and design through manufacturing, transportation, and installation, accountability remains clear and coordination stays aligned.
We're proud of the people who made this project happen and grateful for the opportunity to deliver another successful installation.

Did you know one of our trucks has a film credit?
During the production of Man of Steel (2013), our Mack truck was rented for a week and used in a scene filmed at the Cassidy Inn Pub. It was set up with an ATCO unit on the trailer as part of the background.
It’s not the kind of project we see every day, but it’s a cool story and great memory.
