The Lake Erie Retreat on Mohawk Bay (Lowbanks, Ontario)

Make lasting memories with the whole family on this beautiful property overlooking Lake Erie with direct access to a private beach. The fully renovated Lakeside Retreat offers an open concept layout with 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The cottage is fully winterized and is bookable year round enabling guests to enjoy Lake views from the breakfast nook.

Imagine enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass or wine on the large rear deck and feel the winds invigorating your being. For the cooking enthusiasts, a large professional and standard BBQ's sit adjacent to a covered patio and large family gatherings are easily accommodated.

All dishes and cooking appliances, linens, BBQ, garbage bags, wifi etc are provided.

Lakeside Retreat Complex

The entire property sits on over 1 acre of mature trees and has a total of 5 buildings which include a recreational centre, outdoor bunkie, multiple storage units, and plenty of open green space for volleyball, co****le, and baci ball fun.

Bunkie

During Winter months (Nov-May)the bunky is not available which decreases the number of beds. The bunky will only be available after the May long weekend.

The Beach

The beach is a combination of sand and pebbles and is routinely cleaned for our guests so that a portion is free from stones. Guests are invited to take advantage of those special sunsets by building their own fires of seasoned driftwood in the evenings.
Please bring your own water shoes/flip flops as needed. Kayaks, noodles, floaties, and life jackets are on site in the storage buildings.

Recreational Centre

The property has a 400 sq ft recreational centre which features a billiard table, shuffleboard table and dart boards. Also included in this building in a mini kitchen and bar area. Perfect for family relaxation and good times. Puzzles, books, DVDs, beach toys are supplied

This cozy 3 bedroom (King, Double, Single) plus sofa bed home offers guests the convenience of a great location which is just a few minutes walk to the Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Convention Centre, and the Falls. Absolutely ideal for Casino Patrons, Convention Attendees, and Tourists.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The Keurig machine comes with a multitude of coffee and decaf coffee pods and I always supply a multitude of different teas.

Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a full oversized shower, and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

There is a smart TV set up with a full cable spectrum of channels in the living room. There is high speed internet available.

Peaceful Residence on Palmer Ave in Niagara Falls, Canada

The Palmer Ave Oasis is just literally a few minutes walk to River Road and from there it is a short 10 minute walk to the Falls. This 4 bedroom home sleeps a total of 10 persons in 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room.
Set on a large fenced pie shape lot with the ability to park 6 cars, RV's and Campers, this home plenty of flexibility for road warriors.
The home has plenty of green space, outdoor deck, and large trees for shade
A complimentary breakfast delivered each day is bonus.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, etc. The Keurig machine comes with a multitude of coffee and decaf coffee pods and I always supply a multitude of different teas.

The living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all located on the main level. There is one bedroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a high quality sofa bed in the living room.
