Are you interested in energy work? Here's your chance to learn how to use the beautiful, healing energy of Reiki for yourself and others.
The focus of Level one is on self-healing and offering healing energy to others. We will cover the history and benefits of Reiki, the Chakra system, the Reiki Principles, and Reiki for animals and plants.
You will also learn hand positions for self-healing and how to provide a session for others. I will guide you through exercises to learn how to calm, focus and ground yourself before a Reiki session. You will receive a Reiki attunement, a course manual and a certificate.
